If your CarInlay product isn't right for your car, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How it works

Returning an item

  1. Contact us

    Email carinlay257@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Get your label

    If your return is accepted, we send you a return label and instructions.

  3. Send it back

    Pack the item unused, in its original packaging. Returns sent without a request can't be accepted.

  4. Get refunded

    After we inspect it, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I return an item I've installed?

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned. Please test the fit before fixing anything permanently, and don't cut any parts if you might return them.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.

Contact us right away with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Can I exchange for a different kit?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the kit you want.

What can't be returned?

Custom or personalised items and gift cards can't be returned.
