Hard Wired uses fibre-optic light guides powered from your car's 12V system for a fully integrated look. It's controlled by app and voice, with 18 lighting modes.

Plug & Play: Standard has 3 strips (1 × 110 cm + 2 × 75 cm), Pro has 5 strips (1 × 110 cm + 4 × 75 cm) and Ultra has 6 strips (adds 1 × 35 cm). Hard Wired: Pro Kit drives 14 light pieces and Ultra Kit drives 18. Send us your car model and we'll recommend one.

Yes. Many customers pair DriveGlow with WirelessGlow footwell lights and FloorStars mats. Each product has its own controls.

Our kits are universal and designed for most cars, SUVs and vans. DriveGlow Hard Wired needs a 12V system. If you're unsure, send us your make, model and year before ordering.

DriveGlow Plug & Play, FloorStars and WirelessGlow need no wiring. DriveGlow Hard Wired connects to your car's 12V power. If you're not comfortable with car electrics, have a professional fit it.

Check the manual in your kit before cutting anything, and never cut the end with the light source or the cable. If you're unsure, contact us first. Cut parts count as used and can't be returned.

The strips and light guides are designed to sit in the gaps of your trim, and the cables can be tucked behind panels and under seats for a clean look.

DriveGlow Plug & Play draws 3W from USB, and in most cars the USB ports switch off with the ignition. WirelessGlow runs on its own rechargeable batteries. If your sockets stay powered when the car is off, switch the lights off with the app or remote.

Scan the QR code in the box or manual to download the app for your kit, then pair it over Bluetooth.

Make sure Bluetooth and location permission are on, the lights are powered, and you're pairing from inside the app rather than your phone's Bluetooth menu. Still stuck? Email us your kit and phone model.

Shipping is free on every order to all 40 countries we deliver to.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5-12 business days. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.

You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to become active.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these are paid by the customer.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us to start a return and we'll send you a return label.

Once your return is received and approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

If a CarInlay product stops working because of a manufacturing defect, we send you a replacement free of charge, for as long as you own it. One warranty covers every product in the same order. Add it for €18.95 on any product page or in your cart. To claim, email us your order number and a photo or short video.

Spend €80 or more on CarInlay lighting and a MultiCharge™ 4-port car charger is added to your cart for free. If you already added one yourself, it becomes free automatically at that amount.

Yes. Every DriveGlow™ kit comes with the installation accessories, including the trim tool and adhesive, at no extra cost.
